中晚熟苹果新品种‘苹锦’

摘    要:‘苹锦’苹果是以‘岩富10’ב坂田津轻’杂交育成的新品种。果实圆锥形,果个均匀,平均单果质量255 g,果形指数0.85,底色淡黄盖红色条纹;着色程度近90%。果肉浅黄色,口感松脆,质细,香气较浓,果汁多,酸甜适口;可溶性固形物15.0%,可滴定酸0.29%,硬度(去皮)7.5 kg · cm-2,品质好。具有外观美,风味浓,品质优,早果,丰产,抗病性强,耐瘠薄等特点。

Abstract:‘Pingjin’is a new apple cultivar hybrid selected from‘Fuji’בSakatakei Tsugaru’. The fruit shape is cone,the average fruit weight is 255 g,shape index is 0.85. The fruit is covered by red with stripes on a yellowish background. The flavour is rich with a moderate sweet-soured taste. The flesh is pale yellow and characterized by crispness and juiciness with 15.0% soluble solids content,0.29% titratable acid and 7.5 kg · cm-2 firmness.‘Pingjin’is characterized by excellent appearance,aromatic flavour,high quality,early-bearing and high production.
