摘    要: ‘冰糖葚’是从山东省夏津县白葚群体中选育出的果桑新品种。果实卵圆形,平均单果质量3.1 g,最大3.9 g。果实淡紫色,有冰糖清香味,果汁鲜艳,汁多,有籽。总酸0.83 g · kg-1,维生素C 342 mg · kg-1,可溶性固形物23.78%,pH 6.38。花芽率98.65%,坐果率93.68%,单芽果数3 ~ 7个,平均4.8个。5年生树平均株产11.75 kg。丰产,优质,抗性强,适合中国桑区栽培。

Abstract:‘Bingtangshen’is a new fresh-eating and processing fruit mulberry cultivar,which was selected from the white mulberry seedling resources in Xiajin,Shandong. The fruit is ovoid in shape. The average fruit weight is 3.1 g and the biggest one reaches 3.9 g. The fruit is lavender and juicy with grain,bright juice and candy fragrant smell. The organic acid,vitamin C,soluble solids,pH,flower bud rate,fruit setting rate are 0.83 g · kg-1,342 mg · kg-1,23.78%,6.38,98.65% and 93.68%,respectively. The fruit maturity period is from mid-May to late May and the defoliation period is from late October to early November,in Dezhou,Shandong. The average production of 5-year-old tree is 11.75 kg. It has excellent quality,high yield and high resistance to disease,which is suitable for growing in mulberry-cultivated areas of China.
