| 摘 要： | 以玉林市、梧州地区区域总体规划为例，分析了市场经济条件下，区域总体规划的特点与任务，应用泛系理论、自组织理论、模糊集理论、系统动力学、计算机科学对区域总体规划编制系统工程理论与方法进行了创新研究，提出了从定性到定量的综合集成方法，建立了区域总体规划编制与实施决策支持系统和系统动力学（ＳＤ）模型。实践证明这些理论与技术方法先进、科学、有实用价值。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and task of region total planning in market economy were analysed by using the region total planning of Yulin city and Wuzhou prefecture as working examples. Applying pansystems theory, self-organization theory, fuzzy theory,system dynamics (SD) and computer science, creative researches were done on the theory and technic of the weaving system engineering of region total planning. Synthetical-integrated of qualitative and quantitative analysis were put forward and decision supported systems and SD model of the weaving and implementation of region total planning were established. These theories and technic have been proved to be advanced, scientific and practical. |
