| 摘 要： | 为了探讨夏洛来羊杂交后代的产肉性能和羊肉品质，１９９３年９月在平安县寺台乡翻身村进行夏洛来羊与当地母羊杂交后屠宰试验。结果证明，夏洛来羊杂种一代８月龄羯羔宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、净肉率、骨肉比均高于在同等饲养管理条件下的同龄藏羊羔、青海半细毛羊羔。夏洛来羊是肉羊生产理想的杂交用父系品种。

| Abstract: | The slaughter experiment was carried out at Pingan county in September,1993,the crossbred of charollais ram and local ewes was used,All of the slaugther weight,carcass weight,dressing percentage,net meat percentage,Ratio of musele to bone of 8 monthold charollais F_1 generation wether are higher thanthose of Tibetan sheep and Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep at thesame rearing condition. The authors thought that charollais sheep is theideal paternal breed in mutton sheep production in Qinghai. |
