| 摘 要： | 家蚕杂交种的杂交率是蚕种质量的必检项目。目前生产上采用的蚕种杂交率检验方法,存在检验结果数据偏高、检验结果滞后、检验成本高等缺点;本文分析了人工饲料育、分子指纹图谱技术在蚕种杂交率检验中的问题;介绍了研究开发一种根据抽样分布原理建立的利用蚁蚕形体特征判别的、简便、正确、快速、低成本的鉴别蚕种杂交率的方法。 |

| Abstract: | The silkworm egg hybrid rate must be examined to ensure the silkworm egg's quality. This article expatiates on the advantages of current method of examining the silkworm egg hybrid rate which lead to many after effects just like higher result dates than true silkworm egg hybrid rate, more laggard examination results and higher cost of the examination; Analyzes the disadvantages in the silkworm egg hybrid rate examination about artificial feed rearing and molecular fingerprint pattern technology ; introduces a easy ,correct, fast and low costs examination method which is based on the sampling distributing truth and makes use of the silkworm's modal character distinction. |
