旋切过程中单板厚度变化的理论研究

摘    要:从理论上探讨了旋切过程中单板厚度的变化规律。结果表明:单板厚度总是小于或等于单板名义厚度,其变化与装刀高度,名义厚度及木段瞬时半径有关。

Abstract:In this paper variation of veneer thickness in rotary-cutting had been researched by theory. The result showed that veneer thickness is always less than or equal to veneer nominal thickness, and variation of veneer thick- ness is influenced by knife height, veneer nominal thickness and instantaneity radius of the log.
