摘    要:本研究应用测交理论对3个果蝇突变种的生活力系数进行了测定。结果表明,在本实验室环境条件下,3个突变种的生活力系数分别为Kpr=0.9177,Kvg=0.8865,Kprvg=0.830.果蝇的翅形对生活力的影响,比眼色大,多位点突变种的生活力比单位点突变种差。其结果(生活力系数)可作为本实验室一定时期内进行同类果蝇模拟实验的校正参数.

Abstract:The coefficent of vital power of three mutants in Drosophila Melanogaster was determined by appling the test crossing theory. The results showed that coefficient of three mutants were separately Kpr=0. 9177, Kvg=0. 8865, Kprvg= 0. 83 under the environment condition of our laboratory; the influence of wing type was more than the eye colour on the vital power of Drosophila .Melanogaster and the multloci mutants was more than the monolocus. These results can as a correct parameter of our laboratory for simulate test in a period of time.
