摘    要:29号上最高,在泗杂3号上最低.两代B型烟粉虱在不同品种上的平均产卵量存在显著差异,第1代最多达66.5粒,最少为41.6粒;第2代最多为65.8粒,最少仅为31.8粒.生命表参数表明,B型烟粉虱在中棉所29号上的种群数量增殖速度最快,而在国抗22号上则最慢.

Abstract:In order to understand host preference and adaptability of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) B-biotype on different cotton varieties, the demography of B.tabaci B-biotype were studied. The results from host preference experiments indicated that there were significantly different among the ten cotton varieties. Adults exhibited the highest preference to SM No.22 and the highest oviposition selectivity to ZMS No.29 while GK No.22 was the lowest. Developmental period of the first generation showed significantly different among the ten cotton varieties, and the biggest gap was 5.5 days. Developmental period of the second generation also showed significantly different and were all lengthening. The adaptability also showed significantly different. There was the highest survival rate of the first generation on XZM No.3 and the lowest on KM No.1. However, the second generation of B.tabaci was found to be the highest on ZMS No.29 and the lowest on SZ No.3. At the same time, the fecundity were maximum 66.5 eggs, a minimum 41.6 eggs in the first generation, and maximum 65.8 eggs, a minimum 31.8 eggs in the second generation. Life table parameters indicated that there was highest speed of reproduction on ZMS No.29, while lowest on GK No.22.
