A Discussion on the Protection and Dynamic Management of Basic Farmland |

| Abstract: | Strengthening its protection and dynamic management is meaningful to promote the sustainable agriculture and social economy development.According to the general plan of the land utilization it delimits and ensure the area index of basic farmland.Combining with the reality,it defines the index showing the quality condition of basic farmland reasonably.With computer technology it sets up the information data library of basic farmland.It establishes and perfects the effective system to deal with the protection and dynamic management of basic farmland. |
