日粮锰水平对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

摘    要:试验用北京红鸡商品代分两阶段25 ~38 周龄和49 ~57 周龄研究玉米- 豆粕型基础日粮含锰20mg/kg 的情况下,以一水硫酸锰形式添加锰20mg/kg 、40mg/kg、60mg/kg 和蛋氨酸锰20mg/kg 对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋壳、蛋黄锰存留的影响。结果表明:不同锰源及添加水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳品质、蛋形指数在各组间无显著差异(P> 0 .05) ,蛋壳锰含量呈负增长,有机锰组蛋壳锰含量低于无机锰组。蛋黄锰含量却呈现正增长,以蛋氨酸锰组最高,显著高于添加20mg/kg 锰组和不添加组。由此说明锰在蛋壳和蛋黄中存留呈现相反的结果。

Abstract:Beijing Brown layers at 25~38 and 49~57 weeks of age were randomly allotted into four treatment groups to study the effects of dietary manganese levels on preformance.A maize and soy-bean meal basal diet containing manganese 20 mgkg\+\{-1\} was supplemented Mn with 20、40 and 60 mgkg\+\{-1\} from manganese sulfate and 20 mgkg\+\{-1\} from Mn-Met.No significant differences in laying rate,egg weight,daily feed intake,feed conversion,shell breakage,shell deformation rate,shell breaking strength,shell thickness and Percentage shell were observed when the supplementation of manganese in the diet increased from 20 to 60 mgkg\+\{-1\} .The concentration of Mn in shell decrease as Mn increased in the diet,But raised in yolk.This suggests Mn from Mn-Met can be absorbed more easily than from manganese sulfate.Addition of Mn 20mgkg\+\{-1\} is adequate for laying hens with normal performance.
