| 摘 要： | 选用672只星布罗商品代肉仔鸡,以2×3×3因子设计分别以工业油、大豆油脚及混合油等三种非食用油类按0％、4％、8％三个水平对公、母肉仔鸡后期(25～60日龄)进行了试验,其结果:1、工业油具有增加血清胆固醇的作用,而豆油脚却相反(P>0.05)。2、随饲粮中工业油添加的增高,腹脂率(P<0.05)和腹脂饱和度均提高,而豆油脚具相反作用。3、母鸡腹脂率高于公鸡(P<0.05)。

EFFECT OF FEEDING INDIBLE FAT ON THE CHARACTERICS OF SERUM CHOLESTEROL AND ABDOMINAL FAT OF BROILERS |

| Abstract: | 672 Starbro commercial broilers from 25-60 days of age were used in a 2 (Sexs) × 3 (Oil types) × 3 (levels) factorial design experiment. Results showed that 1), industrial oil increased serum cholesterol, while soybean oil residue was on the
contrary (P<0.05) ,2) with the increase of industrial oil in the diet, the abdominal
fat and its degree of saturation also increased (P<0.05) , again soybean oil residue
was on the contrary, and 3) hens had higher abdominal fat than cockerels (P<0.05). |
