摘    要:针对现有玉米免耕播种机功能单一、作业效果差等缺陷,设计一种用于免耕土地作业的精密播种机的播种单体。试验表明,该机漏播率≤3%,重播率≤2.5%,粒距合格率≥87%,性能指标均优于行业标准,实现了免耕播种作业,具备良好的市场推广前景。

Abstract:In order to solve some problems such as simple function and bad performance,a seeding monomer which was applied to no-till precise planters had been designed. Experiment indicated that miss index was not more than 3%,multiple index was not more than 2.5%,seed space index was not less than 87%.These performance indexes were better than industry standard.It achieved no tillage sowing and its marketing prospect was promising.
