河北省禽病原性大肠杆菌的血清型鉴定

摘    要:从河北省的保定,石家庄等8个市(地)所属的78个发病鸡群中的183只病,死鸡的内脏,器官中分离出127株大肠杆菌,并对其进行了生化试验,致病性试验及血清学鉴定,127个分离株中,除32株未能定型外,共鉴定出95个分离株的O血清型,占分离菌株的74.8%,这些定型菌株覆盖了24个血清型,但以O78(26.32%),O2(13.68%),O111(9.47%),O1(8.42%)和O15(6.32%

Abstract:127 avain pathogenic Escherichia Coli in Chickens were isolated from the viscera and other organs of 183 chicken either ill or dead, which were classified into 78 different flocks and from such cities as Baoding, Shjiazhuang, Hengshui, Handan, Lanfang, Cang Zhou,Xingtai, Tangshan and etc. Moreover, the E. coli were conducted with the test of biochemistry and avain pathogenic as well as serum identification. exception of 32 undetermined, 127 pathogenic E. coli, serum O of 95 bacteriums were identified, which included 24 types of serum, among .which O78(26. 32 percent), O2 (13. 68 percent), O111 (9. 47 percent), O1 (8.42 percent) and O15(6. 32 percent) formed the majority, and they all together amounted to 61 bacteriums, consisting 64. 2 percent of all the identified bacteria. The first 3 serums in vdriety, was one eighth of the totally determined, whereas in quantity was 49. 47 percent, 47 bacterias in all. The experiments illustrated that the principal serums of pathogenic colibaciuiosis in Hebei woud be O78,O2 and O111 as well. In addition, there were 34 bacterias in the serums of lower rate of appearance, taking up 35. 8 percent of the bacteria identified.
