摘    要:以黄瓜和玉米为材料,采用溶液培养法,研究了铜对种子萌发、幼苗生长及叶绿素含量等的影响.结果表明:低浓度的铜溶液对黄瓜和玉米种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,但不利于幼苗的生长,且随着处理浓度的升高,抑制作用增强,当铜溶液浓度达到150 mg/L时黄瓜和玉米的根均不再生长;此外,过量的铜会引起黄瓜和玉米叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量的下降;玉米对铜的耐受性较黄瓜弱.

Abstract:This research used the methods called solution cultivating,cucumber and corn as the material,studied the effects of Cu on the seeds germination,seedling growth and the chlorophyll contents and so on.The result indicated:When the concentration of Cu solutions less 50 mg/L,it had certain promotion on the corn and the cucumber seeds germination,but it was bad for the seedling growth,and along with the increase of concentrartion,the inhibition enhanced,when the concentrartion of the Cu solutions achieved 150 mg...
