| 摘 要： | 目的]建立测定冠心康片中总黄酮含量的分光光度法。方法]以芦丁为参照品，以硝酸铝为显色剂，在500nm波长处测定冠心康片中总黄酮的含量，并通过精密度、重复性、稳定性和加样回收率试验检验该方法的准确性和可重现性。结果]芦丁对照品的线性方程为：A=12．354 C-0．001（r=0．9996），在0-0．07596mg／ml的浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系；重复性、精密度、稳定性和加样回收率试验结果表明，冠心康片中总黄酮含量的RSD分别为1．25％、1．01％、2．61％（6h内）和2．28％，该法的平均回收率为100．58％。冠心康片在500nm处有最大吸收，并能排除其他物质的干扰。结论]该方法操作简单，科学准确，适合用于冠心康片中总黄酮含量的测定。
