| 摘 要： | “农民信箱”是指利用互联网和通信技术，通过实名注册，让农民借助电脑和短信进行网上双向交流，快速、便捷地获得各类免费科技、市场信息和系统提供的服务，构筑农民网上社会。上虞市通过政府推动，建成了涵盖全市所有涉农部门、乡镇街道、村、农业企业和合作社的农民信箱应用体系，实现了农业信息的网上双向交流，为农民和企业、农民和政府搭建了快捷的交流平台，产生了较好的社会效益。

| Abstract: | "The farmer mailbox" means farmer gets bidirectional exchange by computer and message,acquires all kinds of information service,by the internet and correspondence technique.With the drive of goverment,Shangyu city set up"farmer mailbox" system which covers all agricultural section,town,village,agricultural enterprise and school store,so realizes the internet bidirectional exchange of agricultural information and build fast exchange terrace for farmer,enterprise and goverment.The system has produced better social performance. |
