河南不同烟区烤烟氨基酸含量

摘    要:对河南18个县市烤烟C3F氨基酸的含量进行分类研究,运用主成分分析法与系统聚类法分别对不同地区烤烟的氨基酸含量进行分析。主成分分析结果表明,Phe、Gly与Ser等中性氨基酸对烤烟17种氨基酸的研究有比较大的影响,当欧氏距离为3.03时,系统聚类将河南18个县市划分为4类。建立适合主成分分析法与系统聚类模型对河南不同地区烤烟氨基酸含量的研究是比较有意义的。

Abstract:The content of flue-cured tobacco C3F amino acids in 18 counties of Henan province was classified research.Principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering method were used to analyze amino acids content in different regions.Main component analysis results showed that neutral amino acids,such as Phe,Gly and Ser,have a relatively large impact on study of 17 amino acids of flue-cured tobacco.When Euclidean distance is 3.03,18 counties of Henan province were divided into 4 categories.Establishment of an appropriate system of principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering model is more meaningful for study of amino acid content of different flue-cured tobacco-growing areas in Henan.
