摘    要:盆栽试验结果表明,浓度为100μgg ̄(-1)的黄腐酸溶液与不同浓度的氮磷配合,对春小麦苗期地上部生长和根系发育均有一定的促进作用。黄腐酸在氮缺乏的情况下能提高植株对氮的吸收能力,比不施黄腐酸的相应处理每盆植株地上部的吸氮量高20%以上,并极显著地增长了植株高度;在磷素适量的条件下施用黄腐酸对促进地上部干物质的积累有极显著的作用,还可增加植株的根长和根数,使根的烘干重量增加10%以上;在氮磷比值较大的营养条件下,施用黄腐酸后可使植株体内磷的含量及每盆植株磷的吸收量分别提高44%和54%。

Abstract:experiment showed that the coordinations of 100μgg ̄(-1)fulvic acid(FA)solution and different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus promoted both the root and shootgrowth of spring wheat at seedling stage to a certain extent.FA could increase shoot nitrogen absorp-tion by more than 20% each pot,therefore the height of plant was raised significanily under nitrogen stress.A significant dry matter accumulation of Shcot was induced and rcot length,root numberand dry matter weight were raised in the condition of proper phosphorus.Under higher N:P ratio,the application of FA could increase the phosphorus content of plant and phosphorus absorption of each pot by 44%and 54%,respectively.
