摘    要:研究了黑胸散白蚁(ReticulitermeschinensisSnyder)体内与菊酯类杀虫剂代谢有关的羧酸酯酶(CarEs)、多功能氧化酶(mfo)、Na-K-ATPase和Ca-ATPase等几种代谢酶的活性.结果表明,黑胸散白蚁体内羧酸酯酶活性较高,多功能氧化酶活性较低.全虫组织提取得到的突触小体中检测不到Na-K-ATPase活性,而Ca-ATPase活性却很高.据此认为,在黑胸散白蚁体内可能存在与Na泵具有相似作用的Ca泵,在其神经活动中起着重要作用.

Abstract:The activity of some important enzymes of Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder concerned with pyrethroid metabolism was studied in vitro. The results showed that the activity of CarEs and mfo in Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder was between those of the susceptible strains of Musca domestica L. and Heliothis armigera Htibner. But the activity level of mfo was significantly lower than that of susceptible strains of housefly. So pyrethroids could be reasonably applied to controlling of Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder. Activity of Na-K-ATPase could not be detected on the synaptosome of Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder, but much higher activity of Ca-ATPase was determined on the same membrane at 2.16×106 (μmol/L·mg· min). The result implies that Ca-ATPase on the synaptosome of Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder may play a similar role of Na-K-ATPase as on the same place in other insects.
