| 摘 要： | 将美花石斛原球茎培养于含有不同生长调节物质的SH培养基上,结果发现,不同生长调节物质对美花石斛原球茎分化的不同阶段产生不同的影响.含有香蕉提取物和BAP2.0 mg/L+KT2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L的SH培养基对鲜重增加影响较显著;白萝卜汁对叶片分化有一定的促进作用;含有酵母提取物的SH培养基对增殖芽和不定根分化效果最好;马铃薯、香蕉和椰子汁对生根分化影响较大.建议在美花石斛原球茎不同分化阶段,根据其生长和分化需要,继代培养于相应的培养基上,以获得优质美花石斛组培苗.

| Abstract: | The protocorm of Dendrobium loddigesii were cultured in the medium containing different growth-regulators,such as potato extract,banana extract and cokernut extract.The results showed that the different growth-regulators can produce different effect on the differentiation and propagation of protocorm in different growing stages.SH medium supplemented with banana extract and BAP 2.0 mg/L KT 2.0 mg/L NAA 1.0 mg/L was very beneficial to the protocorm fresh weight and length of D.loddigesii.The best medium of leaf-propagating was the SH medium containing white radish.The highest rooting number and length were observed in protocorm growing in the SH medium containing yeast extract. |
