PEG渗透胁迫对甘薯光合作用的影响

摘    要:采用PEG渗透胁迫方法研究了遗30 6、渝薯8号、Ayamurasaki 3个甘薯品种的光合作用变化。结果表明,渗透胁迫下3个甘薯品种叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Cond)下降,并随胁迫时间的延长而加剧。3个品种间有显著不同,其中,Ayamurasaki的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度随胁迫持续下降最小,说明Ayamurasaki耐旱性强于另外2个品种。

Abstract:Studies on leaf photosynthesis of 3 sweet potato varieties (Yi 306,Yushu and Ayamurasaki) by using PEG osmotic stress.Showed that under osmotic stress,photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of 3 varieties decreased and aggravated with the time of osmotic stress. But there was a distinct difference between 3 varieties, in which,the decreasing extent of photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Ayamurasaki was the least. Suggesting that Ayamurasaki has more drought-resistance than other two varieties.
