| 摘 要： | 高粱丝黑穗病是由土传病菌——丝轴黑粉菌引起,其是遍布全世界的重要病害,也是影响我国高粱生产发展的主要病害之一,在生产上应用抗病品种是控制该病的最重要途径。对病原菌及其生理分化、抗性遗传及抗性基因分子标记及抗病基因转化等方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期为选育抗病品种和丝黑穗病害防治提供参考。

| Abstract: | Sorghum head smut,caused by soil-borne Sporisorium reilianum,is the most serious disease of sorghum over the world and causes huge yield losses in China.It happens in most sorghum production area in China.Sometimes the infected area percentage reached 10%～40% and caused heavy losses in sorghum yield.This paper summarises the study on pathogenesis and virulence differentiation of S.reilianum,identification of resistant germplasm resources,characterisation of physiological mechanisms, the genetics of resistance and molecular mapping of resistance QTLs and genetic transformation of resistance genes,to provide a synopsis for breeding for resistance and head smut pathogen control. |
