| 摘 要： | 农民民主权利的实现是社会主义政治文明建设的重要内容,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障.为实现我国农民民主权利,应加快农村经济的发展,为农民民主权利的实现提供物质保证;依法治国为农民民主权利的实现提供制度保障;加强农村民主制度的建设,扩大农民政治的有序参与;增强农民的民主权利意识,提高农民素质.

| Abstract: | Realizing the democratic rights of farmers is an important aspect of constructing the socialist political civilization and the insurance of harmonious society.In order to realize the farmers' democratic right,we should speed up the development of rural economy to provide material guarantee for realization of the farmers' democratic rights.Legally ruling a nation can provide system safeguard for the realization of farmers' democratic rights.It is necessary to strengthen the countryside democratic system construction and expand the ordered politics participation for farmers.Also we should strengthen farmer's consciousness of democratic rights and improve the their quality. |
