| 摘 要： | 随着我国城乡一体化进程的加快和信息技术的发展,传统的地籍管理信息系统模式不能满足现代地籍管理业务的需要。通过分析研究现阶段地籍管理信息系统存在的问题及其发展趋势,提出基于工作流的城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统这一现代地籍管理模式的概念框架,分析了地籍管理的工作流建模方式,实现日常地籍业务办公与地籍数据动态管理的结合和城乡一体化的地籍管理,并从总体结构、网络结构及功能模块等方面进行了分析并提出相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration in the integration of the rural and urban areas and the development of information technology,the traditional mode of cadastral management information system can not meet the requirement of cadastral management operations in modern times.Based on the study on the traditional mode of cadastral management information system mentioned-above as well as its development tendency,in this thesis the concept of the rural-urban integrative cadastral information system which was based on the workflow technology was put forward.Meanwhile,the detailed analyses and studies were conducted on this issue concerning its technical support,system design,and system realization. |
