瓜类作物叶绿素含量的遗传特性研究

摘    要:以不同甜瓜、西瓜、黄瓜、番瓜品种和甜瓜杂交F1、F2及回交后代为实验材料,测定叶片叶绿素含量。结果表明:不同种的瓜类作物的叶绿素含量没有明显的差异,而品种之间总叶绿素含量差异显著;多数甜瓜杂交组合 F1代叶绿素含量呈现中亲值,少数能够表现出杂种优势,F2代和回交后代的分离结果表明甜瓜叶绿素含量由数量基因控制。

Abstract:Chlorophyll content was measured in melon, watermelon, cucumber and pumpkin,and F1, F2 and BC1 (backcross) of melon. The result showed that there was not significant difference in chlorophyll content among different Cucumis species; however, significant difference was found in cultivars. Chlorophyll content of most F1of melon tended to be the mean, and a few showed heterosis. The separation results of F2 and BC1 indicated that chlorophyll content was a quantitative character.
