小麦品种Gaby的抗条锈基因遗传分析

摘    要:小麦品种Gaby是重要的每锈病抗源品种,为了明确其抗锈遗传规律。用条中29号、条中32号书水源类型菌系水11分别接种该品种的双列杂交F2、F3代各株系幼苗,对该品种进行了抗条锈性遗传分析。结果表明,Gaby有3对基因抗中国小麦条锈菌小种。对条中29,其正反交均表现1对显性抗病基因起抗病作用;对水11菌系,Gaby做母本时,有3对显性基因起抗病作用(其中2对表现为累加作用),做父本时其抗性由1对完全显性抗病基因和1对隐性基因控制;对条中32,Gaby做母本时有2对基因起抗病作用(可能是2对隐性基因,也可能是存在累加作用的2对显性基因),做父本时可能存在1对显性基因和2对隐性抗病基因控制抗病性。

Abstract:It had proved that wheat cultivar Gaby is an important resistant resource to stripe rust.To confirm the existence of the genes,it was crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian 169 as male and female parent,respectively.Seedling of parents and F_2 and F_3 progeny were tested for resistance to selected China races of Puccinia striiformis,virulent race CY29,Shui 11 and CY32.To CY29,Gaby had one dominant resistant gene whatever it was male or female parent.To Shui 11 strain,Gaby had three genes(two of them present additive effect) when it was female parent,and had one dominant and one recessive genes when it was male parent.To CY32,Gaby had two resistant genes(they possibly were either recessive or present addition effect) when it was female parent,and it possibly had one dominant and two recessive genes when it was male parent.
