| 摘 要： | 选择山西省不同棉区(即黄河流域中熟棉区、早熟棉区和特早熟棉区)应用康氏木霉(Trichoderma koningii Ouden)制剂防治棉苗立枯病的大田示范,取得了60～85％的防治效果。同时发现康氏木霉能够产生对多种病原菌有较强抑制作用的抑菌物质,随着培养时间延长,抑菌物质的含量有增加趋势。

| Abstract: | The biocontrol of cotton rhizoctoniosis by Trichoderma koningii was testedin three kinds of cotton zones in Shanxi,The result showed that cotton rhizontonzosis was reduced as much as 60～85% and the cotton output in- creased ca.10% at 150 kg/ha,fungal agent.The growth of some pathogeic fungi such as Rhizootonia solani,Fusari- um oxysporum f.niveum,F.oxysporum f.cucumerinum,Fusarium vasinfeotum,Valsa mali,Scleritinia sclerotiorum and Haplosporella longipes was significantly inhibited on PDA plate containing cultural filter of T.koningii.The in- hibition of Rhizoctonia solani was positively correlated with its culturing time. |
