高粱体细胞克隆变异辐射诱导研究

摘    要:利用60Co辐射进行了高粱体细胞人工诱变方法的研究,结果表明,0.1~0.5 KR为处理幼穗较为适合的辐射剂量,辐射愈伤组织的适宜剂量为3 KR左右。随着辐射剂量的增加,辐射对高粱愈伤组织的生长会产生明显的影响,愈伤组织诱导率和分化率会显著降低,愈伤组织大部分变褐死亡。

Abstract:Irradiation induction of sorghum somaclonal variants with 60Co was studied.The results showed that 0.1~0.5 KR was the suitable dose to treat young inflorescence and 3 KR was suitable to treat calli.With the increase of radiation dose,it would have significant impact on the growth of sorghum callus,and the rates of callus induction and differentiation become lower,the callus browning and deaths would occurred in great deal.
