摘    要:以拖拉机后桥箱体加工工艺中的镗孔工序为例,分析零件的工艺结构特点、尺寸精度及加工技术要求,拟定了镗孔工序的工艺方案,并对该方案的定位误差进行分析计算。结果表明,一面两销定位方案难以满足所镗孔的精度要求,提出了采用消除间隙的方法,以提高定位精度。

Abstract:This article takes the tractor rear body bore processing craft as the example, the analysis compo-nents craft unique feature, the size precision and the processing specification, drew up bored the working procedure craft.And carries on the analysis computation to this plan position error,finally indicated, the lo-calization way of one plane and two sells is difficuhy in precision,pointed to increase the position precision by eliminationing gap
