| 摘 要： | 随着居民收入水平的提高,物价不断上涨,特别是肉制品、粮食和蔬菜等农产品价格的节节攀升,对低收入居民的生活产生了极大的冲击.对1995-2007年间上海城镇居民消费数据,利用思格尔系数、收入需求弹性和扩展线性支出系统模型等方法进行分析,结果表明:上海市绝大部分家庭都能够解决基本的食品消费需求,并且在食品结构上保持着传统的消费习惯,但随着收入增加,居民对消费的需求仍然有一定的潜力.应该选择积极的对策进一步引导和扩大消费.
