| 摘 要： | 目的]研究薄皮核桃组织培养与快速繁殖的方法.方法]以薄皮核桃腋芽为外植体,DKW为基本培养基,通过不同的激素种类和浓度配比,建立薄皮核桃组培快繁体系.结果]组织培养与快速繁殖最适培养基为:启动培养基:DKW/MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L;增殖培养基:DKW+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L;壮芽培养基:DKW+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L;生根培养基:1/2 DKW+IBA1.0mg/L,生根率可达70;以上.结论]研究筛选获得适宜薄皮核桃快繁的最佳培养条件,为建立新疆薄皮核桃快繁体系、扩大优质薄皮核桃种植规模奠定一定基础.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】The aim of this text was minly to study the method of the tissue culture and rapid propagation of thin-shell walnut in Xinjiang.【Method】The new axillary shoots segment of thin-shell walnut were used as explants which were cultivated in different DKW media with different types and concentrations of plant hormones.【Result】The optimum culture medium for shoot induction was DKW/MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.01mg/L;The medium for shoot propagation was DKW+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L;The suitable medium of the single plantlet growth was DKW+ 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L;The rooting medium was 1/2DKW+ IBA 1.0 mg/L,The rooting rate was up to 70%.【Conclusion】The optimal culture conditions of rapid propagation of thin-shell walnut were selected,which laid the foundation of rapid propagation of thin-shell walnut and amplifying its planting scale. |
