| 摘 要： | 本文研究了鲫鱼退化滤泡的超微结构，观察到，卵黄是由颗粒细胞吞噬消化的，这些吞噬的颗粒细胞最终要退化。同时，破碎的卵质成分中，含有溶解体、多泡体和螺纹样结构，它们的作用可能是消化卵质成分。

| Abstract: | The ult rastructure of the artetic follicle of Carassius auratus has been studied.It is found that the follicle-granuiosa cells are respunsible for the digestion and disposal of yolk.These phagocytic granulosa cells finally degenerate.Lysosone,Mul tivesicular body and whorl-like configuration may be responsible for the digestion of the ooplasmlc contenes. |
