| 摘 要： | 1991年2月完成了水环境的调查,选择了放流最佳地点。梭鱼人工繁殖技术的研究,实现年生产苗种超过2000万尾,中间培育成活率由30%提高到80%,轮虫是梭鱼较好的开口饵料,也找出了其他不同阶段的饵料配方。水环境指标要求及害病防法有了新的突破。1992、1993年的回捕率分别为0.03%和0.053%。

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of this study in February 1991,the following research work- shave been completed:a) The investigation of water environment and selection of a best place to release larvae,b) The study of artificial hatching of mullet.More then 20 mil- lions mullet larvae were produced per year,and the survival rate during the intermediate breeding stage was raised from 30% to 80%.Rotifer was found to be a good feed for the first stage of larvae.A new method to make up feed for other stages was also established. c) A great advance was made in standardization of evaluation of water quality and in pre- vention of disease,d) The recapture rates of relased mullet calculated by means of tag- ging were 0.03 percent and 0.05 percent for 1992 and 1993 respectively.The develop- ment of this study will accelerate the recovery of fishery resource and bring benefit to so- ciety and mankind. |
