摘    要:应用断裂力学理论和实验技术,测定了重油催化再生器材料及焊缝的力学性能和断裂韧度值,按照《压力容器缺陷评定规范》(CVDA-84)对再生器下部筒体典型缺陷进行了评定。经分析计算获得了重油催化再生器下部筒体各部位各种裂纹类型缺陷的允许尺寸,可将其作为重油催化再生器无损检测时的缺陷评定指标。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and the fracture toughness of weighty oil catalytic regenerator were determined by the fracture mechanics theory and the test technique. The typical defect of the under part of the catalytic regenerator was evaluated in terms of the standard for pressure vessel defect evaluation (CVDA-84). The permission dimensions of all defect types at different under parts of the catalytic regenerator were calculated, which can be used as the evaluation norm for defects of the under part of the catalytic regenerator in nondestructive testing.
