| 摘 要： | 采用孕激素 PMSG方法对绵羊、山羊进行同期发情试验,结果表明:绵羊同期发情率达93.88%,山羊同期发情率达91.89%.说明这种方法可在养羊业生产中人工授精、胚胎移植技术上推广使用.

| Abstract: | It was the experiment that used the technique of progesterone plug plus PMSC on sheep and goats. The results showed that the rate of estrus synchronization was 93.88% on sheep and 91.89% on goats. It illustrated that this technique can be widely used on the sheep - feed industry such as artificial insemination and embryo transfer. |
