硝基苯对四种海洋生物的毒性及安全评价研究

摘    要:研究了硝基苯对三疣梭子蟹、黄姑鱼、脊尾白虾和菲律宾蛤四种海洋生物的急性毒性作用,结果显示,硝基苯对以上4种生物的96 h LC50分别为7.6 mg/L、7.5 mg/L、0.26 mg/L和9.2 mg/L,95%置信区间分别为5.7~10 mg/L、4.5~13 mg/L、0.16~0.40 mg/L和6.4~15 mg/L,硝基苯对三疣梭子蟹、黄姑鱼、脊尾白虾和菲律宾蛤的安全浓度分别为0.076 mg/L、0.075 mg/L、0.0026 mg/L和0.092 mg/L。硝基苯对脊尾白虾的毒性为高毒,对三疣梭子蟹、黄姑鱼和菲律宾蛤的毒性均为中毒。

Abstract:The acute toxicity effects of nitrobenzene on four species of the marine organisms were studied.The results showed that 96 h LC50 with 95% confidence limits were 7.6 mg/L(5.7-10 mg/L),7.5 mg/L(4.5-13 mg/L),0.26 mg/L(0.16-0.4 mg/L) and 9.2 mg/L(6.4-15 mg/L) for swimming crab,spotted maigre,palaemon modestus and short necked clam,respectively.The safety concentrations of nitrobenzene on four species of the marine organisms were 0.076,0.075,0.002 6 mg/L and 0.092 mg/L.The toxicity level of nitrobenzene is high...
