河北省部分地区兔球虫种类及感染率调查

摘    要:为筛选兔球虫早熟系疫苗株,同时也为有效防治兔球虫病提供理论依据,采用球虫卵囊粪便检查法检查495个粪样,对河北省部分地区兔球虫种类及感染率进行调查。结果表明,幼兔球虫平均感染率为96.7%(177/183),感染强度100~435 500;青年兔球虫平均感染率为75.1%(148/197),感染强度66~112 000;种兔球虫平均感染率为55.7%(64/115),感染强度100~27 900。根据形态学观察共鉴定出16个虫种,即:斯氏艾美耳球虫、兔艾美耳球虫、大型艾美耳球虫、肠艾美耳球虫、无残艾美耳球虫、中型艾美耳球虫、微小艾美耳球虫、梨形艾美耳球虫、黄艾美耳球虫、盲肠艾美耳球虫、穿孔艾美耳球虫、新兔艾美耳球虫、纳格浦尔艾美耳球虫、长形艾美耳球虫、野兔艾美耳球虫,松林艾美耳球虫。说明河北省部分地区兔球虫感染率仍然是很高的。
