摘    要:锌是动物体内必需的微量元素,是生物学功能研究得最为深入的微量元素之一。蛋氨酸锌是20世纪70年代由美国首先研制成功的新型饲料添加剂。它是锌与蛋氨酸螯合态化合物,既是一种过瘤胃蛋白,也是接近于动物体内天然形态的微量元素补充剂。与无机锌饲料添加剂相比,不仅具有良好的化学稳定性和生化稳定性,而且能提高微量元素的生物利用率,显现出易消化吸收、抗干扰、毒性小、改善动物生产和繁殖性能、增强免疫功能等特点,是理想的反刍动物高效微量元素饲料添加剂。在生产中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Zinc is a necessary trace elements and one of the most thorough study of trace elements in the animal biology function.Methionine zinc was first developed by the United States in the 1 970s,which was a new type of feed additives.It was compound of a state zinc and methionine chelate,which was a kind of rumen bypass protein and was also close to the animals natural trace elements in the form of supplements. Compared with inorganic zinc feed additives,it not only had good chemical stability and biological stabili-ty,but also could improve the bioavailability of trace element,showing easy digestion and absorption,anti-interference,low toxicity and improving animal production and reproductive performance,enhancing the immune function,and so on.It was the ideal ruminants efficient trace elements feed additives and would possess the broad prospect of application in production.
