摘    要:目的]为了降低肉牛饲养成本,研究菌渣发酵饲料中菌渣的适宜比例。方法]选择体况基本相同的西杂公牛30头作为试验牛,随机分为6组,每组5头。在育肥牛精料中分别添加了17%、20%、23%、26%和29%的食用菌菌渣发酵1 d,对肉牛进行90 d 的育肥试验,统计分析增重效果和经济效益。结果]结果表明:(1)试验组肉牛日增重低于对照组,但各组之间差异不显著(P 〉0.05);(2)所有试验组肉牛的经济效益均高于对照组,其中精料中添加23%的菌渣时,经济效益最好,头均日盈利16.29元,比对照组高16.11%。结论]利用食用菌菌渣生产育肥牛发酵饲料可以降低饲养成本、提高经济效益,是一种良好的饲料资源。

Abstract:Objective]In order to reduce the cost of beef cattle breeding,and to study the suitable pro-portion of edible mushroom residue in fermented feed.Methods]A total of 30 Simental hybridization bulls were used and were randomly divided into 6 groups.Edible mushroom residue was added at proportions of 17%,20%,23%,26% and 29% in the concentrate,and was induced to ferment 1 d for the 90-day-old beef cattle.Statistical analysis on fattening effect and economic benefits was analyzed.Results]The re-sults showed that:daily gain of the experimental cattle was lower than that of the control group,but no significant difference was revealed between these groups (P 〉0.05).The economic benefits of beef cattle groups in terms of experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the group of adding 23% edible mushroom residue in concentrate was best.In details,profit for every beef cattle was 1 6.29 yuan/day,which was 1 6.1 1% higher than that of the control group.Conclusion]Adding edible mushroom residue in concentrate to product fermented feed could not only show lower feed costs but also improve the economic benefit,which was suggested to become a good forage resources.
