多功能拖拉机发动机余热利用系统设计

摘    要:以宝顶牌BD102T2-Q多功能拖拉机为工程应用实例,根据该车配套脱粒机同步气流半干燥系统的要求,在对发动机余热来源和热量进行分析与估算的基础上,提出了发动机余热的利用方案,设计了发动机余热利用的主要装置—换热器,完成了发动机尾气余热利用换热器的设计和余热气流半干燥系统的布置,并对换热器和余热半干燥系统进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,余热利用系统起到了利用发动机余热对谷物进行半干燥的作用。

Abstract:This paper takes BD102T2-Q multifunctional tractor as a example.Aiming at the need of the threshing and synchronal semi-drying system equipped on this tractor,this paper has analyzed and estimated the source and amount of waste heat,designed the utilizing system,and mainly studied the heat exchanger which is the key part of the waste heat utilizing system.After designed the heat exchanger and laid out the threshing and synchronal semi-drying system,this paper analyzed the heat exchanger and the threshing and synchronal semi-drying system through experiments.The experiment indicated that,the semi-drying system achieved its function to dry the grain quickly and synchronous after threshing.
