摘    要:本试验研究了不同剂量(5KR、15KR、25KR、35KR、45KR)的γ-射线辐射对家兔的E.stiedai球虫的孢子化卵囊致病性及免疫原性的影响。结果证明:γ-射线辐射可以降低E.stiedai球虫的致病性,同时也减弱它的免疫原性。其程度取决于辐射剂量。通过辐射卵囊和未受辐射卵囊的比较试验,認为用辐射致弱的球虫卵囊作为疫苗来預防球虫病是可能的。

Abstract:This paper is, study on the effects of different doses (5, 15, 25, 3545KR) of gamma-rays from (~(60)Co) on the pathogenicity and immuno-genicity of sporulated oocysts of Eimeria stiedai. The result indicatesthat gamma-rays can attenuate the pathogenicity of sporulated oocystsof E. stiedai and also weaken its immunogenicity, which depends onthe dose of irradiation. Experimentation with irradiated oocysts andnon-irradiated oocysts of E. stiedai has revealed that it is possibleto use the attenuated oocysts by irradiation as vaccine to prevent thedisease of domestic rabbits caused by coccidia.
