| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用简易挑孢针在普通显微镜下,手工直接挑取琼脂培养基表面上的真菌孢子的操作技巧。虽然有一定的操作难度、技巧性强,但具有工具简单、分离效率高以及可满足特殊操作需要等独特优点。

| Abstract: | A technique for isolation of single fungal spores was developed.This technique involved directly picking up spores on the surface of water agar by hands,with a simple spore-picking needle,under microscope.Though sophisticated,this technique needs only a simple tool and is efficient in isolating single spores,which could be used in several special cases. |
