摘    要:本文较详细研究了在阿拉伯树胶存在下,Au(Ⅲ)—SCN~-—罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定痕量金的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在584nm处,表现摩尔吸光系数为2.11×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Sandell灵敏度为9.33×10~(-4)μgAu/cm~2。金含量在0—5μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于岩石矿物中痕量金的测定,结果较为满意。

Abstract:A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of trace amount of gold, based on the formation of a complicated ion—assciation complex of Au (Ⅲ)—SCN~-—1 Rhodamineb in aqueousphase in the presence of gum arabic. The maximum absorption on the ion—association complex was at 584nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 2. 11×10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at 596nm (measured wavelength). Beer's law was obeyed for gold from 0 to 5μg/25mL. The proposed method has been applied to determination of trace amounts of gold in rocks and minerals with satisfactory results.
