| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳的方法对黄粉虫的不同发育时期各虫态进行酯酶同工酶的研究,发现黄粉虫在不同的发育阶段酯酶同工酶有着较大的差异,不同性别的黄粉虫如蛹或成虫之间的酯酶同工酶也有所不同.现就酯酶同工酶在黄粉虫个体发育过程中的作用进行了探讨. |

Comparison on Esterase Isoenzyme of Tenebrio molitor L.at Different Developmental Stages |

| Abstract: | The vertical plate type of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis techenology was used to analyze the esterase isoenzyme of Tenebrio molitor L at different developmental stages The result shows that there are some differences among different developmental stages of the beetles ,and among both sexes of pupae and adults Then the function of esterase isoenzyme in the ontogeny of the beetles is discussed primarily |
