秸秆捡拾切碎机设计与捡拾器的仿真分析

摘    要:为了解决农作物秸秆的收集处理问题,设计了一种秸秆捡拾切碎机,介绍了该装置的总体设计以及工作原理。对弹齿滚筒捡拾器的工作原理进行了详细的设计分析,运用adams软件对弹齿滚筒捡拾器进行运动学仿真分析,来实现对其设计的优化。

Abstract:In order to solve the issue of crop straw collection and processing,a straw pickup chopper was designed and its structure and operating process were described.The principle of a spring-finger cylinder pickup was detailed analyzed.The motion of springfinger cylinder pickup is simulated in Adams software to achieve the optimization of its design.
