| 摘 要： | 研究了IAA、NAA、2,4-D及6-BA等不同植物生长调节剂对白簕扦插繁殖的影响.结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对白簕扦插繁殖的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂不同浓度对其生长的影响也有所不同.与CK对比,IAA、NAA、6-BA和2,4-D促进白簕扦插繁殖(包括生根与新梢生长)的最佳浓度分别为150、100、7和3 mg/L.其中,以150 mg/L的IAA对白簕扦插繁殖的促进作用效果最好.

| Abstract: | This article analyzed effects of the plant growth regulators such as IAA,NAA,2,4-D and 6-BA on cutting propagation of Acanthopanax trifoliatus.The results showed that the effect differed from different kinds of plant growth regulators on cutting propagation of Acanthopanax trifoliatus,and even different concentration of the same plant growth regulator had different influence too.Compared with CK,the treatment with 150 mg/L IAA,100 mg/L NAA,7 mg/L 6-BA and 3 mg/L 2,4-D could obviously enhance cutting propaga... |
