落叶松树皮粉改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:本文研究了在新型催化剂作用下落叶松树皮粉的苯酚化反应和树脂胶粘剂的制备,并通过压板试验对胶粘剂的性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,由于采用新型催化剂可以使落叶松树皮粉对苯酚的取代量达到50%以上,并且制备的落叶松树皮粉改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂具有与常规的酚醛树脂胶粘剂相同的耐水性,可降低酚醛树脂胶粘剂的成本40%左右。

Development of Larch Bark Powder Modified Phenol-Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive

Abstract:In this Paper,reaction of Larch bark powder with phenol under new catalytic system and preparation of resin adhesive was studied.Performance of the resin adhesive was evaluated by plywood bonding test.The experimental results showed Larch bark powder can replace more than 50 percent of phenol by adoption of new catalytic system.Larch bark powder modified phenol-formaldehyde resin abhesive has the same weather-resistance as normal phenol- formaldehyde resin adhesive.The raw material cost of the resin adhesive is only 60 percent of that of normal phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive.Preparation technology of the resin adhesive is simple enough to performe by the present equipment of wood adhesive factory in our country without any changes.
