| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨泥鳅幼鱼对饲料中蛋白质的营养需要量。方法]以鱼粉和豆粕作为主要蛋白源，配制蛋白质水平分别为24.18％、29.81％、34.31％、39.68％、44.81％的5组等脂等能饲料，饲喂初始体重为2.3g的泥鳅幼鱼，经50d饲养后，对其特定生长率、饲料壶5率、成活率和鱼体肌肉成分进行分析。结果]随饲料中蛋白质含量的升高，鱼体增重率、饲料效率和特定生长率显著增加，在蛋白质办平达39.68％时达到最大值。而后随着饲料蛋白质含量的增加，这些指标逐渐降低；蛋白质含量24.18％组泥鳅的成活率显著低于其槌组，但其他组之间差异不显著；饲料蛋白质含量对鱼体肌肉中蛋白质含量有显著影响，但对脂肪和水分的含量影响不大。结论]泥鲫幼鱼饲料中适宜的蛋白质含量为34.31％-39.68％（干物质基础）。 |

Study on Suitable Protein Requirement in Feedstuff for Misgurnus anguillcaudatus Juvenile |

| Abstract: | Objective] The purpose was to discuss the nutrition requirement of protein in feedstuff for Misgurnus anguillcaudatus Juvenile.Method] With fish meal and soybean meal as the main protein resources,5 groups of equal fat and equal energy feedstuff with protein levels of 24.18%,29.81%,34.31%,39.68% and 44.81% were prepared for feed the M.anguillcaudatus juvenile with initial weight of 2.3 g.After feeding for 50 d,the specific growth rate,feed efficiency,survival rate and muscle component of M.anguillcaudatus juvenile fed with 5 group feedstuff were measured.Result] The weight gain rate,feed efficiency and specific growth rate of M.anguillcaudatus juvenile were increased significantly with the increase of the feedstuff protein level,and reached the peak when the fish were fed the feedstuff with 39.68% protein,and then were decreased gradually with the further increases of the protein level.The survival rate of the fish group fed the feedstuff with 24.18% protein was significant lower than that of the fish groups fed with other feedstuffs,but there was no significant difference between other fish groups.Different protein levels had a significant effect on the muscle crude protein and had no significant effect on the muscle crude lipid and moisture.Conclusion] The suitable dietary protein level for M.anguillcaudatus juvenile was about 34.31%-39.68%. |
