低温处理对观赏百合种球碳水化合物及蛋白质代谢的影响

摘    要:以东方百合和亚洲百合为试验材料,研究了冷藏处理(2~5℃)打破种球休眠以及冻藏处理(-1℃)抑制种球发芽过程中碳水化合物及可溶性蛋白质含量的变化规律.结果表明:在127d的种球冷藏处理中,随着处理时间的延长,淀粉含量呈现下降-升高-下降的变化规律,可溶性糖含量呈现升高-下降-升高的变化规律;之后在151d的冻藏处理中,随着处理时间的延长,淀粉含量出现降低-增加-降低的变化规律,可溶性糖含量出现增加-降低-增加的变化规律.东方百合种球冷藏73~84d,冻藏78~99d,亚洲百合种球冷藏58~68d,冻藏78~99d,碳水化合物变化最为活跃.冷藏处理期同一品种小球径种球淀粉含量最低值及可溶性糖含量最高值出现时间均早于大球径种球.随着种球冷藏时间的延长,东方百合可溶性蛋白质含量呈现下降-升高-下降的变化规律,亚洲百合种球可溶性蛋白质含量呈现下降-升高的变化规律.东方百合种球冷藏58~68d后,亚洲百合种球冷藏94~103d后,可溶性蛋白质含量迅速增加,但在冻藏处理期不同品种可溶性蛋白质含量变化比较复杂,呈波动变化.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to research starch, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents in Oriental lily bulb and Asiatic lily bulbs stored at low-temperature. The results indicated that during cold storage (2~5 ℃) for 127 days, the starch contents decreased to the minimum and then increased, and during frozen storage (-1 ℃) for 151 days, the starch contents decreased firstly, then increased to the maximum and decreased later. The metabolism of soluble sugar contents was contrary to the starch contents both in the cold storage and frozen storage. Cold storage from 73 to 84 days and frozen storage from 78 to 99 days of resulted in the most active carbohydrate contents change for Oriental lily bulb. Cold storage from 58 to 68 days and frozen storage from 78 to 99 days resulted in the most active carbohydrate contents change for Asiatic lily bulb. For the same cultivar, both the minimum of starch contents and the maximum of soluble sugar contents in small-sized bulb appeared earlier than that in the large-sized bulb during the period of cold storage. The results also indicated that soluble protein contents decreased firstly, then increased from 58 to 68 days, and decreased later during cold storage in Oriental lily. For Asiatic lily, soluble protein contents decreased firstly, then increased from 94 to 103 days. Frozen storage resulted in a fluctuate change in soluble protein contents in both cultivars.
