锰肥对苋菜生长及品质的影响

摘    要:试验采用2.75×10-4,7.5×10-4,3.75×10-4 mL/L 3个浓度的锰肥对苋菜进行叶面喷施,研究锰肥对苋菜生长和品质的影响。研究结果表明,锰肥处理促进了苋菜生长,增大了苋菜叶面积、株高、茎粗,提高了根系和地上部干、鲜质量,增加了苋菜叶片叶绿素、氨基酸、可溶性蛋白的含量;锰肥处理提高了采收期苋菜的蛋白质和维生素C的含量,降低了可溶性糖含量,增加了苋菜产量。

Abstract:2.75×10-4,3.75×10-4 and 7.5×10-4 mL/L manganese was sprayed on the leaves of amaranth to study the effect of Mn on the growth and quality of amaranth.The results showed that manganese fertilizer promoted the leaf acreage,planth eight,stem diameter of amaranth,increased the dry and fresh weight of aerial part and root,increased the content of chlorophyll,amino acid and soluble protein,increased the content of protein and vitamin C,lowered the content of soluble sugar,and increased the yield.
